InstructorElad is a passionate spin cycling instructor with a background in competitive swimming and a love for fitness and community. His journey as an athlete taught him the importance of endurance, rhythm, and mental resilience—qualities he brings to every spin class. Outside of fitness, he's a medical student with a focus on fostering inclusivity and health, values that extend into his teaching style.
